Shipping policy

At BabyStreet, we’re committed to delivering care - without the fuss. Here’s how we ship:

1. Shipping
  • We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India.
  • We also ship globally. You can directly add the details at checkout. For more information, you can reach out to us at contact@babystreet.in.

2. Dispatch Timelines

All products are ready-to-ship and dispatched within 12 hours of order placement.


3. Delivery Timelines
  • Metros: 2–4 days after dispatch
  • Other Cities: 4–6 days
  • Remote Areas: 6–10 days
    Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 2000. Standard delivery is INR 49. 
For international shipping, fees is calculated at checkout or you can reach out to us at contact@babystreet.in. 


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp. 


6. Delivery Reattempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and may be reshipped upon confirmation.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. BabyStreet is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
