Returns

All our products are made with adherence to our stringent quality standards and they pass through quality control checks before they are shipped out to you.

We do not offer refunds/returns for any orders.

Exchanges

There are 2 cases in which we would accept an exchange request within 7 days of delivery:

An incorrect product has been shipped to you
The product is unusable or otherwise damaged in transit
You wish to change the size

How to Initiate an Exchange

Text us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange within 7 business days of receiving the order.
We will ask you for relevant images of the issue (images of the products will need to be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition).
We will get back to you with the instructions to complete your exchange.
